Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Pumpkin Bread (Half Batch)
3 eggs
¾ cup oil
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ¼ cups pumpkin (about half of a 15 oz can)
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup nuts (optional)
2 ¼ cups flour
3 oz (about ½ cup) chocolate chips
Directions
Mix ingredients in order.
Grease and flour pans.
This half recipe will make:
2 loaf pans (½ full each) OR
1 bundt pan OR
1 full loaf pan
Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes (check for doneness with a toothpick, since bake time may vary depending on pan size).
