Grinder Pasta Salad
Okay, I am not that great with measuring when I cook but below are the key steps to making this delicious Italian “Grinder” Pasta Salad.
You can truly put as much as you want of the “stuff” here. So, just follow your heart!
Ingredients:
Base:
1 box of pasta- any shape you like— I used Gemelli (meaning twist”) because I like the way it holds in the fridge with the dressing
Kalamada olives- as many as you want :) pitted
Pickled red onion- 1/4 cup!
Artichoke hards- in olive oil
Sliced salami
Rotisserie chicken — 1/2 cup
Pepperoncini
Feta cheese
Dressing
Olive oil
Red Wine Vinager
Italian seasoning
Agave — 1 tsp
Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
Salt
Pepper
Mix the base in a large bowl and then pour the dressing on overtop. Let sit in the fridge. The longer the better!
